2026 Plans
Aetna Premier Care Narrow Network ($500 PPO/$1500 Upfront Advantage/$2500 HDHP, $4000 HDHP plans) Choice POS II plan
Highlights
These plans include a select group of doctors, hospitals and other providers. If your preferred providers are in-network, it can be a great choice. If your preferred providers aren’t in-network, out-of-network coverage is available but your costs for care could be higher.
Aetna Premier Care ACO Narrow Network ($250 plan) Open Access Aetna Select plan
This plan includes a defined group of in-network doctors, hospitals, and other providers that work together to deliver a coordinated health care experience. Out-of-network coverage is not available unless there is an emergency.
Aetna Broad Network ($500 PPO/$1500 Upfront Advantage/$2500 HDHP, $4000 HDHP plans) Choice POS II plan
The Broad plans are built around a large national network of health care providers and allow you to see specialists and out-of-network doctors without a referral. Copays and coinsurance for in-network doctors are lower than out-of-network providers.

You can search for dentists, orthodontists, periodontists, oral surgeons, endodontists and other dental providers.
Please note: PPO Dental and DMO Dental provider search boxes are here for reference and to check dental provider participation for each plan option.
The PPO Dental plan is available to ALL Teammates.
The DMO Dental plan is NOT offered in all zip codes. Please review the Truist Dental DMO Map and Zip Code List to confirm if your home ZIP code is eligible for the DMO Dental plan.
Aetna does not offer the DMO Dental plan in the following states: AK, AL, AR, LA, ME, MS, MT, ND, NH, PR, SC, SD, WY and VT. If you live in one of these states, you can only enroll in the PPO Dental plan, even if you commute to and work in a state where it’s offered.

Aetna PPO Dental Plan
You have the freedom to care for your smile your way with this PPO plan. Network dentists offer special rates for covered services. So your share of the cost is usually lower.

Aetna DMO* Dental Plan
A primary care dentist (PCD) helps guide your care with this DMO plan. See your PCD for regular exams and to get referrals if you need specialty care.
After clicking "Start your search" button below, follow the "Continue as a guest" option on the right, and enter your Home ZIP Code to find dentists for the 2026 plan year.
*In Illinois, the Aetna Dental DMO plan provides limited out-of-network benefits. To receive maximum benefits, members must select and have care coordinated by their PCD. In Illinois, the Aetna Dental DMO plan is not a Health Maintenance Organization (HMO). In Virginia, the DMO plan is known as the Aetna Dental Network Only plan (DNO). DNO in Virginia is not an HMO. To receive maximum benefits, members must choose a participating PCD to coordinate their care with network providers. **Your PCD keeps a list of eligible patients that is updated monthly. Your name will appear on this list when it is updated the month after your selection. Some dentists will only treat patients whose names appear on this printed monthly roster. Once you are a member, call Member Services if your dentist needs to verify your eligibility.

This information is subject to change at any time. Therefore please check with the provider before scheduling your appointment or receiving services to confirm he or she is participating in Aetna network. Participating physicians, hospitals and other health care providers are independent contractors and are neither agents nor employees of Aetna. The availability of any particular provider cannot be guaranteed, and provider network composition is subject to change. Notice of the change shall be provided in accordance with applicable state law.
Health care providers participating in our network are required to have all areas physically accessible to all members, including but not limited to the office entrance, parking, and bathroom facilities You may wish to confirm the provider’s office/location is handicap accessible when making an appointment.
