It provides quick and easy access to provider information when reviewing your plan options with Aetna. Learning Care Group is offering you the following two plans: Basic Plan and Flex Plan. It is important that you click on the correct link, based on the plan you are considering selecting for enrollment. There may be differences in the participating providers available to you based on where you live.

If you are enrolled or considering enrolling into the Flex Plan you will have two levels of in-network benefits. You must enter your zip code to access the local network that will be available to you. On the next page, be sure to continue as a guest by re-entering your zip code to view 2024 network providers. For providers with the lowest out of pocket cost, select those that are listed as Maximum Savings providers. Those providers with a higher out of pocket cost will be listed as Standard Savings providers.

Enhanced or Basic Plan Provider Search

Savers HDHP Provider Search
If you are considering enrolling in the Savers HDHP Plan, click on the link to access the Aetna Open Access Select Network. When the Aetna provider search page opens, you can then enter your zip code and the name or type of provider you are searching for to see the participating providers near you.
Once you are enrolled with Aetna, you can use your secure member website to find benefit information and your provider directory for your selected plan. This website will be available when you log in or register at aetna.com after January 1st or the effective date of your coverage.
