This site will connect you to the Aetna Provider Search, which is a great way to locate Aetna’s participating doctors, hospitals, and facilities. It provides quick and easy access to provider information when reviewing your plan options with Aetna. BrightView Landscapes will continue to offer you the following three plans in 2025: Premier Care, Premier Care HSA and Flex. It is important that you click on the correct link, based on the plan you are considering selecting for enrollment. There may be differences in the participating providers available to you based on where you live.

Information for your 2025 plan will be available when you log in or register at aetna.com after January 1st or the effective date of your coverage.

This information is subject to change at any time. Therefore please check with the provider before scheduling your appointment or receiving services to confirm he or she is participating in Aetna's network. Participating physicians, hospitals and other health care providers are independent contractors and are neither agents nor employees of Aetna. The availability of any particular provider cannot be guaranteed, and provider network composition is subject to change. Notice of the change shall be provided in accordance with applicable state law.

Health care providers participating in our network are required to have all areas physically accessible to all members, including but not limited to the office entrance, parking, and bathroom facilities You may wish to confirm the provider’s office/location is handicap accessible when making an appointment.
